Go4Ethnic do not release your payment to the seller until you receive your product and are happy with it. We are always with you all through your shopping journey on our portal before and even after your purchase. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

At, Go4Ethnic our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and timely manner. We try our best to ship products to you as soon as we can.
- For Domestic Orders (Within India):
- Shipping charges of products on Go4Ethnic will be mentioned at the time of check out on the Checkout page.
- The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.
- Taxes such as LBT/Octroi/Cess/etc shall be respective Municipal Corporation specific and that it shall be extra and might be required to be paid at the time of product delivery by the Customer
- Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwad , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable Octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Go4Ethnic.com is not responsible for any Octroi payments.
- For International Orders (Shipments Outside India): The shipping charges are different for different products and are mentioned on the checkout page. Also Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.
Local and International Taxes:
The VAT, Local Taxes, Custom Duty, Import Duties and Other International Taxes are directly borne by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. Go4Ethnic.com does not include these extra charges on our product price (as displayed on the Website). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on the Website.
Note: These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the laws of the land.
- For Domestic Orders (Within India): The estimated time of delivery is 15 working days for domestic orders
- For International Orders (Shipments Outside India): The estimated time of delivery is 3-4 weeks for international orders
Please Note: The delivery timeframe mentioned above is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon availability of the product with the seller/artist/merchant, address where the order needs to be delivered and the courier services. Your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.
Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, Go4Ethnic.com will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you will be able to monitor and track the status of your order.
Please Note: The tracking code may take up to 48 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.
Go4Ethnic does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.
Go4Ethnic will not be responsible/liable for any delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges
Change of Shipping Address:
The customer can change the shipping address within 12 hours of placing an order by logging into Go4Ethnic.com and going to the 'My Account' section of the website or before the dispatch of product whichever is earlier. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 12 hours of placing the order.
Delivery Zone (India):
We deliver throughout India. However, there may be some locations in India that we are unable to deliver to, either because of legal restrictions or because of the non-availability of reliable delivery partners in such locations.
Delivery of Products (International Shipments):
We deliver products worldwide. We welcome you to make your purchases from anywhere in the world. We ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
Delay in Delivery:
- Time to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Go4Ethnic shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order for this reason.
- If there is a delay in delivery of products which is caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Go4Ethnic shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
- In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock from our sellers/ artisans/merchants or there is unusual delay in fulfilling the order, then Go4Ethnic shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.
- All products shall be shipped from India.
- Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
- Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.
CASH ON DELIVERY:
- Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for orders less than Rs. 15,000/-.
- COD handling fees of Rs. 50/- will be charged on orders placed using Cash on Delivery, in addition to the shipping charges
- Please enter your pin code on the checkout page to check if COD is available in your region.
- On dispatch of the order through COD option, the tracking details and the name of the courier partner will be sent to you for easy tracking and navigation.
- The order amount has to be paid in full to the delivery person before receiving the package and signing of the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
- Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; such orders will not be accepted if returned.
Cancellation by the Company:
Our main aim is to deliver every order successfully, however we reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. Some of the circumstances which may result in your order being cancelled include: -
- Non-availability of items. If product is not in stock and is no longer available with our seller/artisan/merchant
- As per terms and conditions, if customer's order exceed quantity or number or orders. Order above 10 in quantity will be entitled for bulk orders. If you wish to place a bulk order, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
- If an item is found defective/damaged/broken at the quality check stage, the shipment/order gets cancelled and the customers will be informed about the same through email notification.
- In case of inaccurate or insufficient address and/or if delivery locations stands as a non-serviceable area.
- Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons the company reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
Cancellation by the Customer:
Customer can cancel an order until before it is processed and dispatched by our sellers. Customer can cancel an order and cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order or, if your order is not yet been shipped, whichever is earlier. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We are committed to provide our customers complete satisfaction for every purchase. We strive hard to enhance the shopping experience of our customers at every stage, while providing the best quality products and customer service. In order to ensure the same, we are always ready and willing to go the extra mile for our valued customers.
In case you are unsatisfied with the product received, we request you to contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall revert to you at the earliest.
If you receive the product that falls into below mentioned criteria, then you can raise a return request within seven (7) days of delivery of product since return and refund requests are taken up only within this time period.
Eligible Return Criteria:
- Wrong Size
- Wrong Color
- Wrong Quantity
- Defective/ Broken
- Significantly different from what was displayed on the website or different from the description given by the merchant/seller
Products which cannot be returned are:
Some products are deemed as final sale products which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Merchants do not accept any return on the below mentioned product types.
- Healthcare Products
- Edible and Perishable Products
- Customized Products
- Personal and Beauty Care Products – Cosmetics, Deodorants etc.
- Free items
FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY ON ALL RETURNS:
- Product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial), unaltered and unwashed.
- There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the buyer/ consumer.
- There should be no physical damage to the box or to the product
- All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
- Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s).
- Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- If the order is placed through any gift voucher, refunds will not be initated.
- To initiate return process, you can write to us as email@example.com to avail the facility of Reverse Pick Up (RPU)
- Please email us details regarding returned product such as Order ID, SKU number, Product Name, reason for returning the product, your complaints, details of the defect, images of the product and your Reverse Pickup Address.
- Once we receive return request, we will review details and send you the RPU Ticket Number. Once you receive your RPU ticket number, please repack the items to be returned with original packaging, product should be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with the original tags and Invoices and free gifts if any. Items without the tags and Invoices will not be accepted.
- Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once the reverse pickup request has been generated, our courier partners will make a maximum of two attempts to pick up your order. If the order is not handed over to the courier partner for any reason (Packet not ready, not at home etc), the return request will be forfeited and your request will be denied.
- If an order has been shipped and returned for whatever reason, one way shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the returned case falls under the above mentioned Return Criteria. Shipping charges will also be deducted if you do not accept the order at the time of delivery.
- If you are returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller's part, you will be compensated for the return courier charges. You will be paid flat Rs. 100 voucher which can be used to buy any of the Go4Ethnic products within one month. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.
- Incase if you choose to self-ship the returned products, then it is strongly advised that the return packets should be adequately and properly packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit. We will not give refund if the Product(s) received is damaged in transit.
- For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- All returned items will be subjected to inspection by us or seller before proceeding with replacements or refunds.
- We will initiate the refund to you once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to the seller address. Remember that items have to be returned to sellers directly by you. Once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item, we will credit the amount back to you within 15-20 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays).
- If you have raised a dispute, please allow 5 business days for your seller to address the issue and provide instructions for your return/ resolution. If the seller does not respond even after 5 business days, or if your issue is not addressed to your satisfaction, you can submit the dispute by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure you get timely resolution to your dispute.
- All the international shipments go through quality check and are properly packed before dispatch by our agency. Given the huge cost involved in international shipment, no returns and refunds are acceptable in case of international orders once shipped.
Refunds will be initiated in the manner stated below. We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from date of receipt of product(s). We will keep you informed via email on the refund status. Kindly note that refund to the customer's bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing timelines by banks as indicated here under.
Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:
If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, (Will be reflected in next statement) within 8 to 10 business days . If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 15 to 20 business days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds for COD orders will be reflected in your bank within 3-5 business days post our refund processing period. In case the buyer has returned one or more products purchased using COD payment method, the buyer has to provide below Bank Account details for refund:
- Bank Account number
- Account holders name
- Bank branch
- Bank name
- IFSC Code
- Order ID
- Product Name against which refund has to be initiated
The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash /cheque / DD refund.
- Replacement policy is applicable only in case of size and color problem. If you have received wrong size or wrong color due to seller's fault, the reverse pickup and reshipping will be borne by the seller.
- If the seller has shipped the right product with the correct size and color as specified by the buyer while placing the order, and if the after receiving the product if buyer changes his/her mind to replace the same product with different size or color, then the reverse pickup and reshipping charges will be borne by the customer for the same product either with same product value or higher whichever is applicable at the time of return with subject to the availability of the desired size or color with the seller.
- Please make sure that the return packet should be adequately and properly packaged with all the tags, invoices and packaging material so that there is no damage to goods in transit.
- If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative product, we suggest you to return the product to obtain a cash-back refund and purchase the new item separately. You cannot exchange the same product with any other product.
- You can initiate an replacement request, within 7 days of delivery of product by going to the "My Orders" section under the main menu of the App/Website. Please select the item you wish to replace. If your address is serviceable for replacement you will be able to proceed and generate an RMA ID. Please note down your RMA ID for future reference.
- At any time, you can track the status of your RMA requests by going to the "My Orders" section of your My Account.
CUSTOM MADE POLICIES:
- For those orders that are customized based on buyer's request that have been sized and tailored to one's specific measurements, these custom made products cannot be returned or exchanged. We work closely with our designers, ensuring the fit with respect to all the details that the buyer has made available at the time of order. Please allow 4-5 weeks for custom made orders. The buyer will bear the extra stitching and tailoring charges as quoted by the designer.
- The garment(s) would be made exactly as they appear in the pictures, with minor changes which you might feel due to photography. The products are made to buyer's required specifications and measurements, hence none of the products that are purchased and customized based on buyer's choice can be returned. It is strictly a NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE policy
- Garment doesn't fit: The designers at Go4Ethnic will try level best to create the garments to fit in the best way possible, on the basis of the measurements that the buyer has provided. In case if the measurements our not accurate, or there are any minor alterations, we shall not entertain any returns. If the measurements are not accurately provided by the Buyer and if the designer agrees to do the alteration then, the cost of shipment for alteration will be completely borne by the Buyer. In case, garment misfit is due to designer's mistake in measurements, then the cost of returns and shipment will be borne by the designer.
- In the unlikely event, if the customized merchandise arrives damaged, the buyer will email a photo of the damaged product at email@example.com in about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order
The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on Go4Ethnic are only approximate values. Because products on Go4Ethnic.com are handcrafted, hand woven, intricately designed and sourced from various parts of India, there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
