How to Buy / Order on

Go4Ethnic is a global marketplace for Indian ethnic products which allows our valuable customers and clients to buy our ethnic and traditional handicraft products with comfort, luxury and hassle free online shopping. We have secured payment options via Credit/ Debit cards, Net Banking and even Cash on Delivery (COD) system. COD facility is available within India.

Step 1: Browse, Select and Add to Shopping Cart

  • For registered buyers , please login with your user ID and password.
  • For new and first time customers, you will need to register, registration is very simple, quick and will not take you more than 5 mins. Alternatively, you can also continue as guest, you will be automatically registered and your password will be emailed to you.
  • Browse the main category, select sub-category, select specific product/s of your choice.
  • If you select two products within the same sub-category, you can also compare products to help you make right choices.
  • After you finalize your shopping items , click “Add to Shopping Cart” button to save your selected choice.
  • To add more items to your shopping cart , click “Continue Shopping” button.
  • When you finish shopping , you can now proceed to checkout and payment.

Step 2: Cart page

  • Once you have added your items in shopping bag click on "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  • You can apply for any available coupons you have at this step by clicking "Coupon Code".
  • You can apply for any available loyalty points and coupons you have at this step before clicking ‘’Proceed to Checkout’’ button. You can estimate your shipping charges by entering your Shipping address pincode in the field and click ‘Estimate your shipping’ button.

Step 3: Checkout

  • You will need to provide your billing address which is the address of the customer who is making payments
  • Ideally, billing and shipping address are same, in case if you wish to have the items shipped to different address, then please enter your Shipping Address details meticulously
  • Click "Continue" to proceed further.
  • Select shipping method and click continue
  • Select the payment method and click continue
  • Review your order under Order summary section
  • Click on "Place Order" to make the payments

Step 4: Making Payments

Credit Card, Debit Card, Pay Pal, Net Banking (For Indian Banks) and Cash on Delivery (COD is available within India) are available options for payment.
Our payment gateways support international credit cards. You can select the appropriate mode of payment. For electronic payments, you will be directed to Citrus Pay or Paypal Payment Gateway Site.

  • Click “Continue” and you will be directed to payment gateways.
  • Once you have made your payment, you will be redirected to and you will get a transaction number.
